Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and needs no card. It covers text work such as listings, posts, resumes and review replies on every platform, with a monthly usage allowance.

Starter includes 2,000, Pro includes 12,000 and Max includes 30,000 credits every month. The Free plan has a monthly usage allowance. Unused credits do not roll over: at the start of each monthly period your balance resets to your plan's allowance. Top-up credits never expire.

Paying annually costs ten times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free: Starter is $100 a year, Pro is $500 a year and Max is $1,000 a year. Your credits still renew every month, not once a year.

No. Every task shows its credit estimate before it starts and runs only after you confirm. You're charged only when it succeeds, and never more than the estimate.

Credit top-ups are available on Starter, Pro and Max only. They cost $1 for 150 Credits, in packs of $10 (1,500 Credits), $25 (3,750 Credits), $50 (7,500 Credits) and $100 (15,000 Credits). We do not charge overage fees.

Top-up Credits never expire. Your plan's monthly Credits are always used first, and top-up Credits after them. Top-up Credits can be used only while you are on a paid plan. If you cancel, they stay on your account and work again when you resubscribe.

Free and Starter run one task at a time, Pro runs up to 3 tasks at once and Max runs up to 5 tasks at once.

Chat history is kept for 30 days on Free, for 90 days on Starter, for 365 days on Pro and for as long as your subscription is active on Max. Files and images are kept for 7 days on Free, for 30 days on Starter, for 90 days on Pro and for 180 days on Max. When your plan changes, the retention period of your new plan applies, and older conversations or images beyond it may be deleted. Download anything you want to keep before changing or cancelling a plan.

Upgrades take effect immediately, with credit for the unused part of your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account, through the payment platform, or by emailing support@wizfalcon.com. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the month or year you have already paid for, and it does not renew. At the end of that period your account returns to the Free plan, and the Free plan's usage allowance, limits and history retention apply from then on.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of a new subscription charge or a renewal charge, monthly or annual, if you have used little or none of the plan's Credits. After those 14 days, there are no prorated refunds, except where the law requires one. You can get a refund for an unused top-up pack within 14 days of purchase. Used top-up Credits are non-refundable.

Sales tax, VAT, GST or similar taxes may apply depending on where you live. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you confirm the payment.
